System Shock 2 OST (действительно ОСТ)
Valet2: Вот и появилась у фанатов копия диска от разработчиков с саундтреком ко всей игре. Это не фанатские миксы, составленные из кусков из игры в плохом качестве. Это именно ПОЛНЫЕ версии ВСЕХ треков из игры, в CD-DA. Уже можете начинать делать нарезку и заменять то, что было в игре (если научите игру нормально воспринимать 44kHz-файлы). Обсуждение и ссылки тут: http://ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=113469 Странно то, что автором саунтреков указывается Eric Brosius, хотя вот что мне сказал Josh Randall в своё время: I was the producer, video director, and I did some of the techno songs. As producer, I was the guy who talked to EA and helped straighten out problems between the two companies. I managed a team of artists/animators to make the cutscenes. I managed Ryan Lesser to create the awesome Shodan 3D artwork for the cover and cutscenes. (He is now the art director @ Harmonix.) I worked with Eric Brosius to create some techno tracks. I want to correct something though: Josh Randall and Ramin Djawadi wrote most of the music for SS2. I did a bunch of editing and remixing and such, but those two fine fellows were the real SS2 composers. Josh Randall, aka Robotkid and all-around good guy, wrote the cool techo-flavored pieces. We work together now at Harmonix Music. Ramin Djawadi wrote most of the more moody orchestral-style pieces. Shortly after his stint at LG, he moved to Hollywood and is making a name for himself as a TV & film composer. I actually didn't have these versions of the mixes. Glad you are still enjoying them. I love what Eric did with my spacey synth stuff on the end credits. I keep meaning to remix that track "Ops 2"...uh...maybe someday? Here's the kit I used for the techno stuff. Most of it was old analog gear: Roland Sh-101 synths (2) Roland MC-202 synth (found for $15 @ a flea market) Roland Super Jupiter (the best synth in the world?) Samplecell sampler (for the beats) StudioVision sequencer/recorder (still my favorite...too bad it's dead!) sh_b: Комрады, благодарю за саундтрек. У меня сейчас вовсю сидром отмены - отрезал себе доступ к однажды пройденному второму и исследованному до третьей палубы первому шоку, ибо наступил ёк. С саундтреком ломки переносятся легче. ))))

Valet2: Качай новый winamp. Игра же не будет flac читать. Я выложил полноценные треки, написанные двумя людьми и сведённые третьим. И историю, откуда они взялись.

Valet2: Саундтрек писали Josh Randall и Ramin Djawadi. С первым всё ясно, второй пишет музыку для фильмов. Сейчас досмотрел фильм Список контактов (Deception). Смотрю титры - композитор Ramin Djawadi!
